Deposit
To secure a reservation, the Suites on Lafayette charges one half of the reservation on the provided credit card. Balance is charged on the morning of arrival. We cannot accept personal or business checks for payment.

Cancellation Policy
We must receive notice from guest of any cancellation or change in number of rooms or nights reserved no later than 4 p.m. 14 calendar days prior to guest's arrival in order for guest to receive a refund of the amount deposited less a $25 administration fee. If notice is not received 14-calendar days prior to date of arrival, guest forfeits 100% of the deposit.

Pet Policy
We are dog friendly. There is a $45 pet fee, per dog and owners must provide a cell phone number so that they may be contacted at any time if dog(s) disturb other guests.
